The Blond warrior grinned at Justin, then Duran's grin went to a smile, "Too true Brother Justin, Wait and I shall accompany you to Eta's realm. I'll not take chances with offense to the ones that offer healing." When he caught up to Justin he fell in step beside him.

Re: various  places in Razorhawk Village

Inside the  Temple  of Eta, there was  the smell of dryflowers being  burned, the alter had  a Figure of   The White  Lady. She  held a golden coin in her right hand, and a scale  set at balence..in he rleft.

There were a few farmer types  praying in the  log-cut  pews. several clerics  and Preists busied themselves, one was teaching Youner folks who wore  white robes, something from  the Tome he  held.

A slender  Half-elven  woman came to them, Good  Day, Master Nightblade..you bring  friends to worship? Or do you seek the Lady's  consuel?

Re: various  places in Razorhawk Village

The woman  smiles  at Justin..a warrior of our  Lady. My My  Ivyian...  she stops her  smile fades only a little  as she see the arrows on all that have followed him in, Lord Kree has taken these folks into his group. I may only hope, thier actions  lean more to the good then to the dark...

A Voice behind  them comes,..it is my hope, thier  actions lean more to  putting those of the dark, into the ground, so they make ...more rapidly..meet thier gods, thus seeking thier wisdom...firsthand...

Kree stood to the BAck as he Added,  Thw White Lady's  sister, found it in her heart, to aid  our  cause...might Eta...do likewise?

Kree made no move to explain what was in the sack, marked with  the sign of the shattered Mirror...but he made it visbale to the woman.

...you bring that thing..into the White LAdy's  house!

..It  belongs to me and mine now..so it should , nay matter..what sign in carries...we seek aid...in hunting  down Catfolk, that have been attacking  caravans, and taking priosners...we wish to....stop them...

Re: various  places in Razorhawk Village

I find it odd, The Dark Lady's  people, did not  fear my Goldencoin necklace..why woudl the handmaiden of the White Lady..fear a mere bag?

The half elf drew her  head up as she hrumphed Kree nods,..tis  only your standing...both in the village...and in the eyes  of the White Lady...that i do not toos you out...ask what you need, then let the worship to those who stand  by the White Lady, alone..  , a smile on his face,we seek...if possible..the where abouts of the CVatfoot who are raiding...The Dark Lady was them within a days  ride  of the Village...but  we know not  what diretions...also...might you spare  some healing draughts  for my comrades?

The Woman  turned  and gestured to  an Underling who went and fetched a  bowl, pouring water that was in  the font at the alter , in it..she cast a spell..after  a bit, she  said,..they come  from the eat..down the road....from the sea...that is the best i can do....as far  as  Healing draughts..we might spare you 2...

Kree nods as he looks into the balck bag, I thnak you for that..it will go well with the  4  The Dark Lady's  Handmaiden gave us....

Her  eyes  narrowed, 3 then..i was unprepared for your  needs..elsewise i would give more... she pouted though her eyes narrowed...on of the youngh ones approached with a  white bag, the Gold coin of  Eta on it. They handed it to Justin.

Onc emore I thank yuou..and the Sister's names where be spread across the  realms  by me and mine...I will go not, and allow those who wish to offer prayer to the White LAdy thier  time...

Kree heads out the door, leaving two gold coins in the  YUounger  sage's hand.

Re: various  places in Razorhawk Village

They leave  the Houses of the Sisters. The group walks towards the Village center  once  more. By now there are many children scampering about, Elven, half elven, Human and a dwarf  child or two.

The Yongest of the Sages, who maintain the Totem ,Meet with Kree,Good Hunter. Might you spare a story for the children. They always look to those who return, for some stories  to think on, and perhaps...spread among themsleves?

He  Pats the  Woman on the  shoulder, He waves the others on to the Inn if they want, then he sits at the base of the Totem. A small Human girl crawels Up into his lap. And Elven boy stands  next to him Holding Kree's  bow, as if it came from the gods.

Right then..Let us  begin..one story mind you, then i must get some rest...for My comrades and I Hunt tomorrow... the kids ooooohed at that and settled down to listen.

Once...a fsrmer  had a small plot of  land. that was his own. He would grow crops  for the king, as well as himself.. However...there were Orcs, who would raid  farms  he looked at the children a half smile on his lips,<DarkGreen>So came the time..the Farmer  Caught  two orcs, the  the King's side of the farm...he killed one with his pitchfork, the other he captured...He was going to  kill the Orc  outright, but thought for a moment..the farmer said..." Go..tell your people to leave my farm alone...or more of you will die..."

The King  came the next day, looking over farms,  and gatahering crops in his wagons to take to the walled city, where his castle lay,"..Farmer? Your crops are not  as full as they should be?"...The Framer frowned, pointing at the dead  orc, I killed a raiding orc..another escaped...but thier comrades made off with some of your crops...."

The  King Laughed,"...no..my friend..they made off  with some of  YOUR crops...for my amount must be met, before you take your share...."

The farmer wanted to protest, but the King's men  began to harvest  crops  from both his field and the farmer's field...when they left, the farmer  had some crops  left in his own field, but  he would not be earning extra coin this   time, by selling his excess. The Poor farmer was beside himself. He had worked hard...only to  be robbed by both the Orcs and the King..."

Two weeks later. The farmer was on his way to a nearby Village, some crops  he had that he would sell so his  family would have coin for the winter...He came Upon a scene..The same tribe of orcs and attacked   a Kings  caravan...and they were , even now, taking the King's daughter to sell or use as a slave... The farmer just watched...the orcs took off. levaving the battered  guards behind...as the farmer passed the wounded and dying men, the  leader of the caravan looked up and said,"...You could have helped saved the princess?  You should have charged in and they would have fled!..."

The farmer shook his head, as he looked down at them,"..I had to sell my excess croips, since the orcs and the king robbed me.....My Family needs must be met first, the King's  family comes next. Since  my family was shown so little thought , by the king? I merely follow his example, and  care for mine first..."

...so....You remember this. YOur  Clan and  your  family comes first. And seek not, to hope those of power will aid you. For in the end? only those of Blood...will Care....

At This  Ivy Raises his  Bow  and Gives  a Hunting  Yell...all the kids , and many of the pople passing By Join in.

Kree stands  Up and takes his bow back from the LAd...and proceeds to the Inn.

Re: various  places in Razorhawk Village

Thanking the Priestess for her council Justin moved towards the alter and sat on one of the well used pews. Casting off thoughts that the Sister wasn't all that informative; he offered thanks to Eta. Several hours later he crossed to the temple of Neta peeked inside quietly asked if the goddess would see that ill luck fell to those who interfered with Eta plans. Hoped that he wasn't noticed loitering outside the temple as he  slipping away from its entrance and made his way to the Inn they were to meet.

Re: various  places in Razorhawk Village

Walking  about the village, Lucy  sees what most vilage have.  Trades men working, the Smitty seems to be very busy and  has  a couple  apprentices...down the  'street' is the Bowery and Fltechers..some small  merchants, and   some  fresh food stands.

In the Center  she sees the Totem with the Lighted  tiles  with the Hunters names on them, along  side thier name is the score of  foes thay have killed.

There is  a nice Inn, and a backery, of sorts near the Inn..there is  a  grenral Goods  store, it seems  most weapons and such  need to be purcvhased  from the   Smitty of  Fletchers..

The Temples to Eta  and Neta  sit  right next to each other, almost as if forging both  sides of luck, into one object.

Rolf can talk to the  GAte guards, or passing  folks if he wishes,  The Cat has been taken to the  Elders.

Rolf looks over at the gate guards.  He was typically happy to be left alone with his thoughts, but he had some information he needed.  Moving over, he gives the guards a nod by way of introduction and greeting.  "What happens to captured cat folk around here?"

After all, if the captive cat needed to be put down, Rolf was as good a choice to do it as anyone.

Rolf nods, appreciation for the lack of coddling of the catfolk plain on his face, "Then I best see if there's need t' put the bastard down.  A good day to you."  Which is practically a speech for the taciturn Rolf.

Heading for the Inn with a quick step, Rolf is hopeful that he's not missed out on a chance to send yet another catfolk to its death.
