Re: CAT HUNT 2
This was wet work. Arrows were nice, but there was a chance of missing, and there were two targets. No, this was wet work. It called for a personal touch. She put her bow away, and drew her dagger. Arrows could miss, and that would mean an alarm being sounded and nobody wanted that.
This called for a blade.
She moved with all the stealth of both sides of her heritage. The stealth and of her feline side, and the grace of her elven side. She stayed in the shadows as much as possible, using her coat to camouflage being seen. She moved slowly, yet, steadily, and quickly.
When she had to break shadow, she did so, low to the ground, nearly crawling on the ground, yet barely above it. When she was in position, she froze and listened, sniffing the air.
She listened to what was going on around her, and to what was going on above her. She was right below the two, within easy striking distance. Now, she just needed a distraction, and one of them was dying.
