Re: Furman's Chain.

Rising early Miranda offered the Sisters Prayers & Devotions then grabbing food from her backpack ate her morning meal; bidding any who woke a pleasant day. Finishing a quick meal Miranda geared up and exited the Dwarf-hide. Maintaining the same elevation she strolled along the slope in the direction the group would be travelling. Reaching a spot 300 yards from the Dwarf-hide Miranda took a knee, scanning the countryside.

Moltke awakens from a particularly restful sleep, one that he hadn't enjoyed in a long while. With the dreams already fading from his memory, he sit up rather cheerfully from his little corner within the dwarven hideout and begins to prepare for another day of trekking.

once   they cleaned up the Hidey  hole, and  straighten up the  fire wood they added, Kree said,Fill your water  skins  with this  fresh water... we have a ways to go today. Unless the sisters  aid  us once more, we will need to  camp outside this  time .... Scouts  Go  out, I wil lead the main  group Balthazar? keep to the  middle with the spell folk... Lets move out..

Ivy slipped off down the slope , Krwyn  Up slope, and   kree   alked  down the Middle, pulling up  his hood  against the Morning chill.

Re: Furman's Chain.

Elandra awoke with the morning sun, she did her morning prayers and had a good breakfast. Once that was complete, she would help clean up and straighten up the dwarven hide out.

Elandra packed her gear and gave a morning blessing to everyone. When everyone was ready she took her spot in the middle of the main group.

As the Crimsons approached Miranda stood; as they reached her location she moved forward, matching Kree's pace and direction. Dear Cousin, allowing for possible diversions; do you anticipate reaching Yad before sunset?

Kree chuckled, , If we do not have to  fight  anyone  else.  we should make it  late, 2 days from now, or  early  3  days..  we are out of friendly territory now. Ironwood elves . Orcs, Hargenites.. we  have  already saw  some of the   bravest...or if you prefer, Most foolish , try to cross Baldes  with  us in the  towns... but...we will get there , when we see the  smoke from the  towns  cook  fires.

Re: Furman's Chain.

Refreshed after a night's sleep, Alyna consolidated her things, strapped everything on, and made her way out with the others.   Passing Moltke, she gave him a smile and a brief wave.

As a caster, she supposed she could have taken a place in the middle of the ranks.   But, she wasn't only a caster.  She had another skill set, indeed her primary one, that made her an asset in back, where she could see to the covering of the party's tracks.

Thus, she dropped back to about the same distance as Lysander, giving the dwarf a brief salute as she took her position.

Re: Furman's Chain.

Walkign along the slop, the group was  shaded for a good  4  hours  of the walk. the slant and loose  soil and  rock made the  travel a bit harder.Kree pointed to  some scrub trees about   1/2 mile away..

we  will take a rest there, if nothing goes    wrong  perhaps  an hour, then
 we will  walk until sunset

as they take a break,Kree asks the   company to come around him, while the light holds. we are here....a  slnder finger poits 4  hexes down the  Map, from where  the  'Y' in yad  sits. He looks up across the Valley as the    sun leans to the east.

we will have light  for a boog 5  hours, so we need to make the Best of it, and set some form off defeasible camp When the Sun dips below  the  sea..

he leaves the map to set for others to look at,  while be talks a deep pull on his waterskin. If  we can  gain another  days worth of walk today, we might Read   Yad  at Mid of Night  tomorrow

Aeraynne joins the gather at Kree's order. He explained their travel plan pretty well. She felt that he was a decisive leader with a clear vision, and was glad to finally be among people she felt safe and even powerful with.

Kree    gave a shrug as they began to  walk in earnest ,They have their Tasks  to do. We have some  who  were killed, some who moved on. We will find out , how they fared, next we see them. If we do not see them, it does not matter.

Ivy  gave kree  a nod and began to  jog out to  the lower  flank to the right, out a head , Like Krwyn was above.

the  sun would  soon be  warming them , for a few hours.
