You mentioned the RTJ process. I assume that means "request to join" the game.
I just joined the site, so I have to wait a few more days before I can request to join the game, but I am very interested in how Werewolf treats the Umbra and the Umbrood. So if there is an opening for a Theurge interested in Umbra stuff, I will submit a request to join as soon as I can. Thanks.

Just added some new people into one of our Packs, would be a good time to add in another! Doesn't even have to be a Garou, you can make just about anything your heart desires.

Still a great time for new players to join! There's a young Pack just waiting for new members, a couple of rogue... somethings that are going to get themselves in trouble, a ragtag group of Garou with a Corax for a 'leader', not to mention all the other people running around!
