Hallow's Eve.
A decent sized town full of good people. They have some interesting celebrations like people getting garbed up and going to each house looking for some splendid candy thought the group know nothing of it. Everyone seems to be a decent person but some are not. Something is plaguing the town. Or several things. People enter the cornfield area but don't return or when they return something seems off. Some people seem to be dying for no known reason. They are fights of course. But most get along peacefully. People who leave do come back scared. Some that leave are found...without their heads. There's a village pond that people seem to see something coming out of. And there's dreadful dreams when some do not wake up....
Something indeed is brewing. Is it something from within or from a different place? No one knows.
You were hired to check out the village and know nothing about it.
Its a mystery!
