Fairy Pathfinder

Somewhere between the First World and the Prime Material Plane lies the home of the Fairies....fey of unusual power and near mythical status.
Here, you'll be playing a Fairy...both the home of and details of are inspired and drawn by the various Disney Fairies.

I'm looking for a cast of six characters, more details are in the RTJ text.   I'll see how applications look on Friday before making any final decisions.

In reply to Hunter (msg # 1):

BTW I'm pretty sure the assertion that all the disney fairies are female is actually not true -- I do recall seeing male fairies as side characters in clips of some of the pixie hollow things at least once.
This is reminiscent of the game that had been running by the late GM StarMaster (still incredibly sad about that) -- are you the same person that had requested that one?

I was the one who requested said game that StarMaster ran.   And yes, I'm also aware that Disney Fairies are both genders.

Look at this game.  Though yes.  I love playing fairy's.

Then my heart sank, not once but twice.

Had in mind a little Male Paladin fairy that ran (fly) around trying to protect everybody.

If you ever lift the restiction let me know.  Did not see any point in PM you and wasting your time.

May the fairy dust bring you the luck of some vry good and long lasty players in your game.

:)

As much as I like the idea, I'm working off some very basic premises.   Which I'll try and explain, not as a discussion but as a why.

Fairies are Fey.   Fey are typically single gender.   Fey have no deities.

Unless I've missed something, you havent said what the fairies will be doing in game.
Is there some sort of quest or storyline or just a lot of fluttering around tinkling on things?

In reply to Hunter (msg # 5):

...this is pretty blatantly false...they're either no gender, or all of them, but unless "yes" is a gender the most unlikely answer to "how many genders of fey are there" would be 1.

But anyway.

I am seriously tired of all the complaints.     When you run a fairy themed game, you can set things up the way that YOU want; otherwise you can just stuff it.
