now..this is first, and foremost..an RP game. Your backrpound and RP will effect everything in the game, more then dice rolls, but they will add some randomness to the game.
The Dice rols will be based on d100...so..you will want to fill out your Character points accordingly...just like in real life, no one can do everything..but...as your character grows, they could learn to do most things!
