Zob shook his head, "No need to be sorry Madison, was just making sure you were alright, i think you need another drink before we get in one or two more dances" he gave a warm smile it was then she asked about the tattoo and it was a subject he couldn't talk about, "No offense Madison but that information is classified and can't disclose it, but perhaps next time we are on one of the stations you can learn more" he kinda wanted to keep her out of lights out activities the less people knew the safer they were and many times it got very brutal and bloody and it required a certain stomach to kill in cold blood like the job required but then again he had no control over others actions.

Madison held up a finger "Another drink. That's what I need. Why not. I'm in heels and my dance partner is a seven foot wall of muscle. What could go wrong?" She points at him and laughs. "But I better not be featured in any funny videos on internet tomorrow."

Madison called over the waitress "I buy this round."

After the drinks arrived, Madison drank casually. Since her hand was already on his arm, and the Burian had blurred out some lines, her fingers moved up his arm, feeling the strength. "So, it's classified. That's so mysterious. But you have a tattoo, so it's something special in some way. You must get into all kinds of interesting things. I'll look forward to learning more." She finished her drink and stood. Then sat again, took a deep breath, and stood again. "Are you ready? I'm ready."

There was a surprised squeak from Izzy as a tearful Lizzy suddenly threw her arms around her in a tight embrace clearly overjoyed by the suggestion that she take her last name. For several minutes she would return Lizzy’s kisses, with her hand moving up to tangle her fingers within her gorgeous red hair, before remembering that they were currently sat in the middle of a party on the rec dec and no doubt drawing a lot of attention at which point she would hurriedly pull back with her cheek turning a fluorescent shade of pink ”Ok…well…I think that’s one decision made at least” she said in a flustered voice, with her taking a moment to compose herself before continuing …besides I know how much your mother means to you and Sakura is my father’s name and his asshole family wouldn’t even come to his funeral…so…fuck em!” she said with a cheery smile as she gently rubbed Lizzy’s back in a soothing motion in an attempt to calm her overly emotional state.

 Lizzy held Izzy she was so happy she chose to take her Mom's name. Lizzy smiled and giggled at Izzy's first comment then responded to her second," Thank you Izzy yes that is one down 1000 more decisions to go." Lizzy smiled and knew it was getting late, she stood up held out her hand for Izzy and asked," Before they shutdown would you like to dance some more my love?"

 Sam spent a decent time at the party she looked for Steve Howe to see how he was doing but she didnt see him. She saw Izzy and Lizzy kissing most likely talking about their wedding and decided to leave them alone for now, she would talk to Izzy after Send-Off.

Zob heard the SEC whistles go off this prompted him to turn his head casually and oversee the brawl going on it was part of his job to help break it up but at this moment they had it well in hand and he couldent be bothered, "You won't have any Funny videos made of you that is for certain I'm not that kind of person"

He then stood up and offered her his hand a warm smile on his face, "The party is coming to a end in a few mins let's get those last few dances in"

Placing her hand in his, Madison smiled. "Thank you." She let him help her stand. "You're not how I thought you'd be. I figured you'd be nice, but I also thought you'd be... I don't know... gruffer with a hint of scary. Big strong SEC guy. You're really just so sweet."

Allowing Zob to lead, Madison spun and twirled out on the dance floor. She was having a blast, and she was glad to have found someone to have it with.

"I thought the party was supposed to last all night. I still have a quarter of a bottle of Burian whiskey. Wanna help me finish it?"

”Sure…I’d love to” Izzy would reply as she took Lizzy’s hand and got to her feet only to frown at the ensuing brawl taking place …only it would appear we’ll need to find somewhere to do so” she said with a disappointed sigh, with the incident more than confirming her reasons for deciding to have a small wedding with her only mildly surprised that Shadow wasn’t in the middle of it ”Maybe we should just call it a night and head back to our quarters instead?” she suggested with a shrug that said she was open to other ideas if Lizzy had any.

 Lizzy followed Izzy out onto the dance floor and then the fight broke out, and Izzy looked disappointed, but Lizzy wanted another dance. Lizzy smiled and moved away from the fight, waited till it was under control, and the music started again Lizzy would kiss Izzy deeply and have one final dance. " Izzy one final dance then we head up to our quarters ok." Lizzy batted her eyes at Izzy.

Zob lead them back out to the dance floor and moved to a slow song, "I wasn't always this nice but i got much better over time... my thought is it takes no effort to be a terrible person it takes real strength to try and make the black a bit safer with the time you have"

as they moved along the floor he looked at the time, "Well it technically goes on for a while longer but most people head out after the LC stops paying for drinks and food which is in less then a hour as for the drink i would be glad to help you finish it"

Slow dancing with Zob, Madison leaned her body fully against his with arms arms hugged around his waist. She felt comfortable like that and she liked the feeling of his strength. As he spoke she could hear him and feel his deep baritone through his torso into her own. It was oddly soothing. He was such an enigma. A powerful warrior with a sophists tongue. A demon with the mind of a philosopher. And he was a great dance partner.

"Hm." She chirped at his explanation of why the party quits early. People were only interested in partying when it was free? That sucked. She could have died anytime in the last few days, and she could die the next jump off. She wanted to live in between. Tonight that meant enjoying the company of another person, dancing, drinking and whatever else comes of it.

"I actually have two bottles, but one isn't opened yet. If I can handle the first we can crack the second. Hopefully the send off is later in the day. I'm ready whenever you are."

Zob danced a bit lost in what seemed like a daze before snapping back to reality, "I'm not sure we will need the second one but will play it by ear" he then brought her back to the table and poured them both another round and slid it across the table to her.

"Some sound advice though avoid drinking the day of the send offs nine out of ten times there is usually a tunnel run that follows the next day and being intoxicated is not a fun time when you have to run for miles on end in full kit" he said with a slight chuckle as his eyes glanced over her figure which was quite a delight on the eyes to say the least.

Madison laughed. She could easily imagine running her ass off drunk out of her mind. Sure, she'd fall over a lot, and maybe fail some eval, but it would be hilarious. But her worry wasn't about running drunk.  It was about running with a hangover from hell.

"Point taken." She hammered her fist on his chest, immediately shaking her hand from the ache. "No running drunk. I got you. How about running half asleep? " She gigged like an idiot. It's fine. I'll take the demerits." She poured the next round.

"I like you, Zob." She held up her glass. "Cheers." She wrapped her arm around his and threw back her drink.

Zob chuckled as he took another shot, "Running half asleep? well you might get used to that" he then glanced at the clock for a brief moment taking note of the time, "Likewise Ms Madison glad we got to share this moment"

Madison nodded with a tight smile. "Was there somewhere else you you needed to be? Please, don't let me keep you. I'm a big girl. I can stumble back on my own"

Zob shook his head, "Oh no i was just curious what the time was so i glanced over to take a look that's all... its easy to lose track of things when you are having a good time and with such pleasant company" he said honestly to her as he rested his hand upon hers.

The dancing seemed to be winding down, the bottle had maybe two more rounds in it, and other party goers were trickling out of the REC DEC. Madison was having fun, but she was starting to wonder if Zob was staying with her out of politeness. He led on the dance floor, but was just present in between. Until he put his hand on hers, she wasn't really sure he wanted to be with her at all. Everything from his bearing to the way he spoke was very disciplined. Perhaps as a demon he was conscious of how much aggression he would let show. Restraint was a good quality in most cases, but at a party it was frustrating. She felt he needed to let loose.

Madison's eyes flicked over when she felt his touch. Her hand was completely swallowed by his. Reaching over, she ran her fingertips over his skin feeling the thickness of his bones and the coarseness of his knuckles. His strength was like a wound spring just below the surface. His eyes were like a raging hellfire casting it dark light as pigment in his flesh. There was so much she wanted to understand about him. She wondered if he had any interest in her, until then. Maybe he didn't. Maybe he was lulling her into a false sense of security. That would be exciting, she mused.

"Are you always like this? So, restrained and in control? You know this is a party, right? This is the time to run a little wild - or a lot. If you hadn't just met me and maybe trying to make a good impression, how would you let loose?"

Allowing herself to be led to a different part of the dance floor, they would quietly wait until SEC had got the brawl under control at which point Lizzy would lean in and kiss her, batting her eyes and asking for one more dance in a way that Izzy found impossible to refuse with her softly breathing ”ok” before taking Lizzy’s hand and walking out onto the dance floor.

With a slow song playing, Izzy would hold her close and move in time to the music as they held one another in a tender embrace.

 Lizzy and Izzy danced one last very romantic dance, and when the song was done, Lizzy kissed Izzy again and said," Ok my love lets go to our quarters." Lizzy waved by to Zob and Madison good night, and then waved to anyone else she knew still there. Lizzy then led Izzy by the hand to the lifts and their quarters.

Zob frowned just slightly, "I kinda had to learn how to reel myself in over the many years if I hadn't I wouldn't be standing here today... it is kind of a survivalist mindset however i am trying my best to get over it but that is a story for another time."

He then thought about the question, "I would probably kick my feet up on a empty chair and order a pitcher of beer and pizza for myself and then take my chances singing a song and making everyone's ears hurt" he laughed his singing voice was ok but it was no Angel.

Blinking several times, Madison stared at Zob in mild disbelief. "Are you kidding? So is that what you want to do now? Put your feet up and chill? We're going to have to work on your fun meter. If sofa and beer maxes it out, you're going to be fit for retirement way too early."

"Okay, no way we're letting that happen." She jumped to her feet Let's go. You're going to show me something interesting. I'm new and I'm tipsy so it shouldn't be too hard."
