Spotting a suitable building he moved to its rigging the groung floor it with C10. Once set he took cover and detonated the Explosives. Breeching the wall and collapsing the Multiple leveled Bulding in a cloud of dust the tower collapsed onto several other buildings beneath it. Using the cloud of smoke and dust he slipped through the breeched outer wall, making his way back to the Marine beachhead.

The AA is no morrre, but a porrtable one is just off to the west of ourrr location."

  Shadow  was  quiet  as he Heard NA-CE... Bag  Her  NA-CE.. at least she'll make the  send off in person...

 NA-CE hit her coms," Yes LC already done, we didht get to her fast enough sorry sir." NA-CE had hoped they could get to the pilot in time but they just ran out of it, NA-CE carefully bagged her up with honor and respect and began getting ready to head back out into the fighting.

 Then she heard the call of a woman and child Angel coming in, NA-CE ill get set up to look at them when they arrived.

Roy uttered a single expletive when he heard Na-Ce's report.  He hadn't known Liste particularly well...mostly a face in a personnel file to him, but she'd been part of the crew and he took his job of protecting his crewmates seriously.

"Stoly, prep for dustoff.  We'll let the tanks and the Morningstar pulverize the area for a while and then come back to mop up.  All troops!  Fall back by pairs to your shuttles.  We will regroup at the gates we now control and act as spotters for the tanks and Morningstar, along with any orbital fire deemed necessary.  Let's not complicate life for the tank gunners when they get into town..."  He took up a position to lay down cover fire, tapping the two in front of him to let them know it was them for them to move.

That all changed with Maygin's cry.  "Change of plans!  Get cover on Shade and Maygin!  Go! Go!"  He rolled to the side, getting solidly behind cover before coming to his feet in a sprint, relying on his people behind him to take care of anything that came up to shoot at him as he ran.  As soon as he had a clear line of sight on the situation, his rifle came up and he began firing with cold efficiency, putting rounds through heads or chests as they became viable targets.

Nikki followed along side Lizzy spotting a AA placement.  It was covered fairly well. her first salvo only made them duck a bit.  Her second was only marginally better taking part of its barreling and just making a bit of debris.  "Phoenix, come around again.  We'll switch up targets and get them" Her southern drawl a bit terse.  she was mad at not getting that one more solidly.

Applying the fire and movement training, he'd been drilled in, he used cover and concealment to make his way from.the city towards the beachhead. Ducking into a crater he scanned the way ahead for threats. Spotting a nest of Angles he lobbed a frag into them & opened fire on the position nailing the clustered Angles.

Henry went after Shade at a dead run, Mila racing ahead. He took in the scene, levelled the shotgun and started his normal methodical firing, picking off the marauding humans one by one.

Justin's straffing run felled two squads of Angle Ground troops rushing to defensive positions. An AA opened upon on the 25 its Flack round detonated short causing minimal damage, to his Skeeter, and revealed the guns position. Lining up on the A3 Justin squeezed of a telling burst destroying the gun. Zipping forward Justin lined upon another Tank and ground support at the base of a tower. Like shooting fish in a barrel. he thought to himself as he pumped several bursts into its lesser armoured rear. The 35mm bursts ruptured the tanks power cells, blowing it to pieces killing the AFV's support elements and destroying the mase of the tower. Passing through the cloud of dust from the collapsing tower his skeeter was pelted with fragments as they bounced of its armoured exterior.

 NA-CE heard Magin's screams and knew Shade and her where bridging a woman and a child to her and they were under attack, she looked at Larry and said," I am going to get on lets go help Shade ok Larry." NA-CE climbed onto Larry and help on but her machine gun was at the ready when they got close to the bad guys and helping Shade and Maygin.

 When they got close NA-CE jumped off and let Larry go to work, she would shoot any bad guts as she made her way to rescue Shade, Maygin and the woman and the child.

   NA-CE  saw  Both Maygin and    Shade were  wounded..  shade  kept  fights  as the    Bodies piles  up in an arc  around him..   Maygin was on her  side  ,, firing   small  bursts  into the  humans,, she  apeared  to have a  shoulder  injury  in he left  side..  Freddie    was  biting  off  arms  and  legs, easy enough to do  with no armor,

Larry was Malign them pay, he would grab and shake   humans  appear  as  his teeth   cut into the,.. Roy   and  His troopers .. began  to   fire    and dropping humans as  fast as they appeared,  but they never stopped  coming..This was their chance to share paradise with the Angels if they  did  well!

 The Angel Girl and  the  baby   were  frightened.. they saw NA--CE   and the  woman looked  with scared  imp0orling eye

 henry's  shotgun  blew  away  burlap and skin  sending   the  humans backwards.. Mila    as  disarming  a human,  by chewing off its  arm.

Pulling a high-G maneuver, Madison banked then came right back on approach, but much higher. The armor couldn't adjust, and she was free to shred them with both guns and pulse. More bodies shattered and scattered, but this time many tanks cratered and fell with exploding interiors. Once past them, she corkscrewed at the base of the tower, causing it to buckle and fall like a tree. The massive tower exploded on impact the street, effectively obliterating the troops and armor assembled below.

"Woooooo, three for the price of one! The central tower is gone and so is everything around it."

 NA-CE throws one of her grenades as far into the group of humans she could and then called out to the Angel Mother and child," Come I am ESN Blue Moon Angel I wont hurt you if you dont hurt me ok. Lets get your child out of here." NA-CE opened up on the humans she also wanted to treat Shade and Maygin.

 NA_CE hit all coms, " Can I get someone to escort an female Angel and her daughter once bad guys put down I need to help Shade and Maygin, NA-CE out."

 Lizzy flew like a woman possessed with Nikki right with her, Lizzy saw armor in the street heading for their troops, Lizzy said to Nikki, " I got a tank going in for the kill meet you after our run Nikki." Lizzy flew in fast, low and hard, she got the tank in her sights and opened up then pulled up as hard as she could. She got hit with a little shrapnel but she would be ok, then she saw the orange lights come on, she was going to finish her run.

 Lizzy took that last part of her run fired off all of her 37mm left and hit nothing. Once she was done she pulled up and said over all comms," Lizzy heading to beachhead for repairs and reloading." Lizzy then hooked back up with Nikki after her run and headed for the beachhead.

     swooping into the  repair area.. Shadow   landed , the cockpit Oened.. and  he   crawled out..Fresh Belts!..patch the Holes!... I'll be  back in a few minutes ...

 Lizzy and Nikki landed to get repairs and reloaded. Once on the ground Lizzy told the guys what was up with the readings in the cockpit, and the lights. Lizzy got out of her fighter and headed to get some food and drink real fast as they fix and reload her bird.

 Lizzy hoped they weren't going back into the city Lizzy thought the tanks where opening up soon. Lizzy looked around as she got some water and looked for anything to eat.

Nikki banked around one tower and could see the tank Lizzy went after, she went for the AA emplacement.  Her aim was accurate and spot on this time. There was a bit of a rumble as a weakened tower partially collapsed. Lower floor stood up, but at least half slid or shattered as it fell over.  several pieces of debris hit hard on her skeeter "Dammit...I am not going out due to crappy construction" she still flew at Lizzys side for a bit "Phoenix, you go get checked I'm good to cover our ground troops" she could do another run.

After his latest run the Skeeter's panel showed mostly orange. Justin commed for permission to land for field repairs & rearming.

 Lizzy replied to Nikki over coms," You got it Banshee stay clear of the city the tanks are going to start firing very soon I think."

Henry ran up to Shade.

"Let's get you back and into the shop, fix that knee. Come on, lad, up you come!"

He hauled the little metal-man up and, deciding that the height difference would be an issue helping him to walk, got him up on his back piggy-back style.

The two headed back to the basecamp. Mila dropped the arm she was chewing on and came too.

”Bloody pilots! Why do they have to make everything so damn difficult!” Tarja grumbled as she led fire team over rubble that had once been a tower. To make matters worse they were armed with one of the few weapons that could penetrate their armour meaning she was more at risk of being killed by some idiot pilot than the enemy ”Meari, friendlies on your left” Tarja stated as she joined up with the rest of the armoured Infantry ”This is mess…I don’t even know if we’re supposed to be advancing or falling back” Tarja grumbled to Meari on a private channel as she crouched down in the gun emplacement Meari had taken before swearing and patching herself through to the Hermes ”351 Hermes this Corporal Vanska of armoured company, requesting co-ordinates for enemy communications centre” she said deciding that her team needed to start moving or risk getting bogged down and surrounded.

Ra'Na'Ta' cursed loudly, as he seen the flashing red light. He had taken out the tower, but again at a cost. This was the norm in a city battle. They had the advantage we did not. He seen the smoke and knew he had to get close, then pod out. "This one is going down again. This one trrraded too many kills forr damage. This one will be as close to the smoke as This one can. This one is sorrrry wing mate."


Ra'Na'Ta' got as close as he could then hit the pod. He braced himself for the impact and readied to run once he got his bearings.

Ra'Na'Ta' hit hard and was bounced around pretty good. The shoulder once again took a slam that made him howl in pain, but he ignored it. He quickly got out took an inventory of his surrounding and checked himself. Shoulder was banged up, but working and he had some bruises through out. He checked his gear and weapons. "This one is down nearrr the rrridge. This one is heading out."
