If I can find a way to get this hybrid hexblade implemented into CBLoader I might like to rebuild slightly to go Hybrid Hexblade|Swordmage. Possibly even as an actual in-character change rather than "I was always this actually" style with Nezumi training with the existing Assault Swordmage to mix those abilities into her existing skillset. I'm wanting to say that Rynoth was the assault swordmage?

If I can't I might just request approval to tweak my stats to have 13 INT instead of 13 DEX at level 10 so I can swap Arcane Reserves out to get Blade Initiate and take Arcane Aegis as my Level 10 feat.

Khalid is a swordmage. I just wouldn't want to step on each other's toes.

Fair, I'd only use my mark if there's enough targets that we can both mark separate targets and/or the fight's rough enough I need/want to pop my dailies which both give me defensive buffs. (though I now realize one of my dailies would be different with the hybrid option)

I figure that a bit of IC exposition will be easier on all of us than a wall o' text.


Rynoth has the Swordmage multiclass feat, but that's it.

As all has taken an item and Hanako can do so in retrospect, I will update tomorrow or later today if time pends with you returning and heading forward unless anyone disagree with this.

I will update the thread later today, Nezumi can add her update when she has time, and I will ensure it is handled in the proper order.

Hrm. The crawlers are dazed, so they can't take AoEs.

I'm toying with the idea of trying to bring the ettin down into the pit - right on top of one of the crawlers. Would require a couple of rolls to go our way, but those things probably wouldn't distinguish between it and us.

Hanako can apply daze consistently, so if you need something dazed again just tell grandma to give it a bonk with her staff.

Also, whoever hits the other carrion crawler don't forget to add that 2d8 sneak damage from sneak in the attack.

Well, my rolls were good - except for the damage ones - but we'll need to see how the Ettin's save does. And maybe Grock won't end up stunned...

I believe I technically will get another turn before the monsters go again due to me being somewhat skipped before. I'll go after the last of the rest of the group goes.
