It's already 5/4 in my time zone. This afternoon, I'm running an open session of WEG d6 Star Wars for the local gamer community, and hoping to rope in a few new players.

This is the 8,000th post of this campaign... :)

I have no problem with scripted adventures and all have a who done it aspect to them, but a nice little shoot 'em up would be a nice change of pace. Perhaps we are somewhere and hear of an incoming tribe of raiders and we have to defend a town from 2-3 waves of enemies. Maybe transference of a macguffin with a ship battle would be fun.

Combat is slow and cumbersome on play by post, but I guess if the players knew it was going to be a combat-focused adventure prior to joining, then the people who wanted that could join and others could leave it alone.

My group (Agr Nevula, Ledo Braste, Mabacca, and myself) just finished an adventure. We're waiting for another opportunity to join an adventure. I'd at least be happy to have you along with us, 5-LY.

Yes, it is a good opportunity to identify the next adventure that you want to play.
At the moment there is only one adventure ongoing (Halves) but there are enough characters around to start at least another one.

Next week for example I will be travelling between Monday and Thursday...
