Look what I have:
You keep a wide variety of random innocuous objects on your person, waiting for just the right moment to utilize a relevant resource to overcome an obstacle. You can use an action to seize upon such opportunities, announcing your brilliance and producing a useful item from your comically deep pocket, seemingly endless pack, odd shoe, essential hat, or whatever item you designate to use with this feat. You cannot put any objects or creatures into your Look What I Have item.
The objects for this feat do not count against your carrying capacity, cannot have a value greater than 1 gp per point of proficiency bonus you possess, and something about them (hot pink color, made of plastic, much larger than necessary) makes them unfit for resale or more than one use.
When you use this feat, make an Insightful check. On a success, the item grants you advantage on one relevant ability check made within the next 10 minutes. On a failure, the item grants you a -1 penalty instead.
Once you have used this feat a number of times equal to your Insightful modifier, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.

Once upon a time there were the Sabral, a people who were geniuses with textiles, cloth, and fabric of all sorts. They could make tents that were waterproof, soundproof, cool when it was hot and warm when it was cold, and could practically put themselves up and down and fit in a large backpack. They could make clothing that was practically magical, too, and magical tapestries and all kinds of things... but their children thought that their best creations were their dolls.

Their fabric dolls, stuffed with light wool, were all animals, frogs and pigs and dogs and otters and foxes, and after a time some of the children wanted even more fanciful and imaginative dolls, and they made monster dolls, too. Many were tiny, but when people outside the Sabral community saw them, the Sabral made some dolls that some were larger than the average human! Eventually there were as many Sabral dolls as there were living humans!

But then the Sabral children did something that... well, that made things very different.

They magically brought the dolls to life.

Did they wish on a star? Did they say magic words? No one today remembers how it started.

But once it started, it spread... all the dolls starting coming to life.

But then... humans started magically turning to dolls too. Very, very few were immune...

Now, almost everyone is a doll-- an animal doll, or a monster doll... or a doll that looks like a person, that used to be a human being...

Those few humans who are mysteriously immune to the magic are treasured and revered by the rest of dollkind. Several dozen of them live in The City... but there are exceptions...
