That's the thing -- we don't have a lot of people who post at all anymore. Ahuatzi hasn't logged in for a month, and Marvek has logged in but hasn't posted for two months. So in practice we're down to three players.
I don't think that's enough to go on. To me, it often feels like I'm suggesting something, nobody really responds, and ultimately I just do what I suggested myself. That's fine for a while, because I know everyone is busy, but I don't want that to be the status quo for the rest of the game.
In hindsight, maybe a dungeon really isn't a good fit for a pbp game. There's all these little details to check out, which would take five minutes in a tabletop game, but when each of these details takes a day or more to explore, it just kills the momentum. (Or maybe I'm just looking for an explanation and have no idea what I'm talking about.)
