Re: OOC: part 2

Sorry for the late update, today. I had to hit town this morning, and got involved in a few backed up chores while I was there.

Re: OOC: part 2

So we have three options it seems and someone correct me if I'm wrong here:

- The room with the eel/elemental
- The door with clear water damage as if bulging under pressure
- The other flooded room

In reply to Hedwig Bancroft (msg # 785):

Flooded stairwell. You don't know what's on the other side of the door, so you can't be sure of the state of the other room, yet.

but yes, those are the three options you folks know about.

OH! one other. early on there was a plug in a hole behind some stucco. The watery lime on the water caused caustic damage touching it, so you ignored it. East from the Mud room. Post 5 of the Dungeon thread.

Re: OOC: part 2

Waiting to hear from Marvek and Damen, but it's been almost 2 weeks since Marvek logged in, so I'll settle for Damen.

I waited an extra few hours, but I only have Hedwig and Thalassa posting. Let's see if we get more for tomorrow

Re: OOC: part 2

Ok, round two is up, Hedwig is free, and Thalassa has control until the Nereids turn, at least. That keeps the eel away this round.

OK, to the best of my ability to determine, you folks are about 30 minutes into the second spell, so you have about 30 left.

OOC: part 2

Still around.  Been busy this weekend with Vets' Day and my birthday.  Worked ten hours today, my normal eight Tuesday (1pm to 9:30pm), and twelve (6am to 6:30pm) Wednesday through Friday.  Plus dealing with an injured arm and physical therapy.

OOC: part 2

I'm here. I have neither a rope nor the Summon Water Elemental gem so I didn't say anything to Thalassa.

It's been 5 days with no response. Sometimes a 'no' post is best.

Re: OOC: part 2

I thought I remembered someone taking the gems with them, but that may have been Ilkamina, in which case I guess we're out of luck.

Re: OOC: part 2

Ilkamina took a couple of healing potions, actually. Dana took the summon gems.

But, as they WERE, in fact, taken, they are there. Divvy them up as you would like:
Potion of Healing x2
Water elemental summon gem
Water elemental gem on silver neck chain

Re: OOC: part 2

Given that Hedwig has already announced he doesn't have them and being injured would have used the healing potions I'm going to say that I don't personally have any of these items on me. Thalassa has been carrying us on healing so others should take the potions so she doesn't feel as though she has to run off and mend our every scratch and ouchy.

Re: OOC: part 2

I mean, I'm happy to do that as long as I have the spells, but I agree, someone else should have the healing potions.

The gems don't really make sense for Thalassa either, since she already has summoning spells, and both the spells and the gems require concentration.

Damen also knows Cure Wounds, other have taken care of injuries.  I will be sure to make him more proactive with his
use of it.

Rather than wait indefinitely for someone to summon up knowledge of these gems I'll go out on the limb and say 'let's move past this'.
