OOC: part 2

OK, folks, time to wake you up. Let's do a combat. Instructions just posted to the IC. It's night and you folks won't know what's going on until you know what's going on.

Unless you are on duty or have an SOP that says you sleep in armor, you will be unarmored and have weapons on the deck next to you. Or you are in the cabin and may miss half the fight.

Night shift is Hedwig and Raddik. You'll be awake and as fully kitted out as you generally on at Sea.

The rest of you will be asleep. Even evening shift will be past any wakeful post watch period. Assume the attack is in the wee small hours before dawn.

As a new recruit here, what options do we have available to us besides screaming and running, to wake up the rest of the crew?

In reply to Raddik (msg # 5):

There is physically shaking them. Or screaming and not running. Banging on the cabin door ahs also proven popular, previously.

Somehow I think you're looking for more, but I just don't have it to give. Sorry.

I'm just looking for what's there. I don't want to go running around everywhere if there's a bell mounted right beside the cabin door, for instance.

First time anyone has brought it up, actually. Feel free to come back to it, after.
