The Adventures of Sir Aeddan
Morgana appears after about 20 minutes, with a stern-looking older woman, both are dressed in dour habits. Sir Aeddan can't help but notice that even in such drab attire, Morgana is exceptionally attractive. Morgana sits a respectful distance from the pair, while the older nun sits at the edge of the courtyard, staring at the group as if daring them to misbehave.
"Sir Aeddan," Morgana says brightly, "and Master Alwin, so nice of you both to come visit. And I believe that congratulations are in order," she adds, looking at Alwin. She produces a silver chain with a locket, festooned with a gem the color of Alwin's bride's eyes. "I am sorry that mother and I were unable to attend the wedding but we wanted to present you with a small token of our esteem."
While not a jeweler, Sir Aeddan guesses the necklace to be worth at least £2-3.
When presented with the young hawk, Morgana is quite touched, "what a majestic bird you are!" she exclaims. The bird spreads its wings and flaps a couple of times, screeching. She then says something in a language that you do not understand before smiling and translating, "Gale Flight is his name. Thank you Sir Aeddan, he is a very thoughtful gift."
