The Adventures of Sir Abloc

Sir Abloc dont quite know what to make of it. His baby sister will of course always be family, yet at the same time he has a hard time dealing with the infant. It is not that he hates the girl. Not at all. It just feels .. weird.

The Adventures of Sir Abloc

Spring 506 AD

Sir Abloc returns to his manor and after a few days inquires about the progress on the alter piece he commissioned.  It takes some persuasion and effort to get the story but it seems that while the craftsman has accepted payment, according to the abbot he has not produced the work as yet.

The Adventures of Sir Abloc

Puzzled - and more than annoyed - Sir Abloc seek out the craftsman to inquire why the work he commissioned hasnt been produced yet. All sorts of thoughts goes through Sir Abloc's mind as he travel to find the craftsman - has he been cheated? is the craftsman a drunk and a gambler and all the money lost? how long does it take for a craftsman to produce such a work? How many times can the same craftsman die by lance?

The Adventures of Sir Abloc

The craftsman is in one of the satellite villages, off a bit to the north.  It is a couple of hours by horse.  Arriving, Sir Abloc finds the man's shop and enters.

"My Lord," the man bows when Sir Abloc enters, "this is a honor."
