Game rules changed from Pathfinder 2E

Dimensional Inventory
Once given access to your inventory, a HUD will appear in your character's vision. By mentally 'clicking' on it, you get a full list and description of whatever is in your unseen extra dimensional storage space. You can even look at it, causing it to float in your field of vision. When first taken, anyone can see the object before it vanishes. It cannot be taken from a living thing without a special ability. In combat, the interact action will allow you to get something from your inventory and have it appear in your hand(s), ready to use.

Loot Boxes
Treasure is gained from the system AI. Everyone sees you open your loot boxes as they disappear into your inventory. However, Loot boxes can only be opened in safe areas. Instead of loot boxes, you may gain Boons. Boons are abilities or bonuses, or just a strange title or comment. The AI will announce this loudly, and obnoxiously as possible. Equipment can be purchased normally at shops and guild halls.

Description indicator
If you stare at something long enough, a descriptor will appear in your HUD about whatever it is. If you do not get a descriptor, that is deliberate, and the object or creature you are looking at does not have one. Almost all NPCs will have one of these descriptors. You will also have descriptors that others can see. You can change your descriptor at will, but it wont make any physical changes to you. The AI can and will add permanent changes to your descriptor.

Labyrinth Levels
Each level of the Labyrinth only exists for a set period of time. After that time period, the Labyrinth collapses. All wanderers(Player characters) which have not found a stairwell down to the next level will be consumed in the matter reclamation process. Basically that means death...but not normal death. You would rather head down the stairs most likely.

Recall Knowledge action
As you have access to the AI and the HUD, whenever you use the recall knowledge action and make a skill roll, you can check through whatever info the system wide computer is granting you. The better the skill roll, including nat 20s, is the more info granted about a subject. Including stats, weaknesses, history, and so forth. As a result, any player can make an untrained recall knowledge check. Chances are you will suck at it, but you can try! You also don't need access to books or any other source of data. However, having a book or source of data in your hands or in your inventory gives you bonuses to your skill roll! This is all in addition to any class ability regarding the recall knowledge action.

Health bars, Mana bars, Healing and Mana potions.
When anyone gets hurt, or uses a limited magical ability, a blue and red bar appears over their heads for all to see. This is in addition to the very real physical damage they are taking at the time. Medical diagnosis abilities will get bonus to their rolls depending on what info they are trying to find out. Healing potions and Mana potions are in game supplies that allow the restoring of both HP and limited magical use abilities. Both have 'potion sickness' effects, that prevent the use of another potion of the same basic type, until a timer wears out. This timer is clear for all to see.

Status effect warnings
Some status effects are visible under the health bar. Some are not. Usually they will show a timer or 'save pending' notification. Any obvious one will be under your description. Please under your bio taglines under your character's name, include HP levels and any possible status(such as none).

Chat & Maps
'Wanderers' may communicate with each other and certain NPCs silently via their HUD. You normally may only chat with people in your party, your familiars, or people who have consented to speak with you. The System AI and other beings my bypass your chat and chat secrecy. This counts as a message cantrip spell, but better because you can group chat.

Maps can be found inside the Labyrinth. This will convert to a user's HUD, who can then highlight and change the map with their minds. Some maps even show moving creatures within as red dots(hostiles), blue dots(friendlies), grey dots(neutrals), and large Xs(corpses).

Initiative and movement
Initiative is a group situation. PCs roll their initiative, and so do the NPCs. Initiative is then divided by the number of players, as do the NPCs. Then both numbers are compared to each other. PCs act in whichever order they wish, but only before or after the NPCs as needed.

We are not using game maps. Your speed is divided by 5, and compared to foes you wish to melee with. Example-A speed of 25' is 5. If you are chasing a foe with speed 35' they have a speed of 7. They are 2 ahead of you, and you need a reach weapon to hit them in melee. Once you are in melee, you have the 'engaged' status. Which means if you try to break away from melee without a step action or other special move, you risk an attack of opportunity. Terrain features, such as pits, marsh, lava, etc-will note special rules when you are in such areas-mostly athletics and acrobatics checks to avoid such things.

When you get into melee, because we are not using maps, it is assumed any creature with an intelligence of 3 or higher will attempt to flank(Aka-make its target flat-footed) its target when attacking with an ally. Any creature with the (E) marker is considered engaged with its foe. Two creatures on one equals auto flanking. This flanking is modified if the target has allies within one space of the other. I.E. Two creatures on one get auto flanking. Flanking is canceled if that target has an ally move within one space of it. Total numbers of foes will be compared in one melee , and if the difference is more to one side or the other, there may be some targets flanked but not all depending on the numbers.

Creatures that are engaged(E) may be vulnerable to attacks of opportunity if they move or do certain actions while in melee with another creature. Not all creatures can make attacks of opportunity. To avoid an attack of opportunity, spend one action doing the 'step' action, which will normally move you 1 space(5 foot).

Because we are not using maps, everyone will get a reaction ability intercept. When a foe seeks to melee a nearby ally, you may instead take the attack and count that creature as engaged with you. Note this does use up your reaction for the round.
This reaction cannot be used if you are already in melee.

Hero Point rules
Hero points reset to 1 at the start of each level of the Labyrinth, and when you take a long rest. When re-rolling a hero point made roll, roll the die roller until you get a 10+.
