You can perform... but before Session Zero is over, you'll realize your performances have magic in them now...


Choose two specialties OR roll 1d10 twice
1. Magical performance that (magically) confuses targets
2. Magical healing performance
3. Magical battle performance
4. Magical berserker performance
5. Magical performance that lulls targets to (magical) sleep
6. Really good at taunting target to make them mad/enraged
7. Extra good at tricking people/bluffing
8. Magical protection for yourself while performing
9. You have a reputation others respect
10. bardic lore (choose one or roll 1d6 once: 1 spells and magicks; 2 the dead and
undead; 3 grand histories of the known world; 4 a bestiary of unusual creatures; 5 stories of other worlds; 6 legends of heroes past)




--Choose or flip a coin: You start with a portable instrument OR a very special book of songs or legends


AFTER SESSION ZERO, YOU WILL ALSO GET:

--Choose or flip a coin: Leather armor OR impressive clothing

--Choose or flip a coin: a dueling rapier (precise) OR a short bow and and a bundle of arrows and a short sword

--Choose or flip a coin: Adventuring gear OR Bandages




You’re a lover, not a fighter. You inflict 1d2 damage in combat.



--Bard: When you roll, add 2 extra points to the result IF what you're attempting to do involves you remembering something useful about a legendary subject, or giving a performance, such as:
--distracting from what your teammates might be doing
--inspiring your teammates (or anyone, really) to do better during battle
--helping someone break the effects of an enchantment
--soothing someone to sleep
