Ibbi-Adad
Geography
The nation has two provinces. Lush Ibbu in the north boasts jungles and hills and hosts the capital city of Minas Albani on the Tayran coast. Dry Adad in the south is less fortunate and largely desert.

Politics
His holiness the Majhaddin of Ibbi-Adad, supreme leader of the order of Shirkah crusaders, rules the nation with an iron hand. The Ibbu and Adad tribes live in the same nation under a hereditary theocratic ruler but the Ibbu have a higher social status. Most Adad are considered second class citizens and are little more than indentured servants, if not outright slaves. Shirkah crusaders can be male or female but must be Ibbu. Their fighting style emphasizes agility and blocking attacks with scimitar and buckler shields. From Ibbi-Adad they seek out the undead hiding in ancient Shavari ruins. Holy warriors keep the border to Zhur under constant guard as the neighboring nation has made several attempts to invade Ibbi-Adad in past centuries. An array of sand stone fortresses act as early warning posts, keeping a constant vigil for threats from the Shavari desert. In the north of Ibbi-Adad freedom fighters have begun a revolution against the Shirkah. Some Shirkah officials have suspected for a while that the rebels are secretly supported by the government of Malakesh, though whether this is true has not yet been proven.
Society
While once the Adad were all slaves their status was elevated to serfdom in 22 years when the current Majhaddin took to the throne. Serfs have some legal rights though not many. Ibbi Adad does have slaves. These are criminals, serfs who failed to do their feudal duties or ran away from their manor master, or bought from outside Ibbi Adad.
Minorities include half elf bastards, Dan elves and Skirrit traders.
