If I may, it would be much much, much better if you assembled initiatives in groups.

In this case, for example, Celeste & Sariel (+/- Armat), then all NPCs, then all PCs, all NPCs again, and so on.

Even like that combat takes a while, but if we stick with strict initiative it's a nightmare.
You can always resolve actions in the right order even if it means you sometimes have to be creative, retarget characters actions - if their original target dies for example - and so on.

I can see the point. Let me reorder the initiative.

Don't forget you have the Bless +1d4 to your saving throw.

Edit: Also I think Shield would work against the Magic Missile that was sent your way if that helps at all.

Shield blocks Magic Missile Damage. I would rule that for this battle only, it absorbed all the magic missiles launched if you use it.

Dex saves yes, only the damage was reduced. No Magic Missile Damage.
