Ship Info

This will be quick reference for the ship. Anything you know about it, watch rotations, etc.

I'm going to default to certain assumptions to save some time and discussion. You can, of course, change such to suit yourselves.

First assumption: a 12 and 12 watch rotation: 12 hours on, 12 hours off. This would be 4 hours of forced march, but that only applies to the Helmsman. and a single level of exhaustion is self correcting. Also, for the helmsman, I'll allow the option to substitute an Int Save for the Con save, as all the effort here is mental.

2nd assumption: crewing will be about equal: 3 each shift. Truthfully, you only need 2 people per shift: the Helmsman and someone on deck for whatever comes up. But you only have 6 people, so may as well make it 3 and 3, rather than 4 and 2.

Everyone that is not the Captain or a Helmsman works the ballista. That's the crew of three needed, plus the Captain, working Helmsman, and a spellcaster ready to go (the off duty Helmsman). Which is not to say there are only 2 spell casters, but you NEED 3 folks on the ballista of you want to fire it every round.

Current assumptions: Glass, Callvyn and Jed are "Day shift", with Callvyn doing scut work. Ayamba is "Night Shift" scut work.

Updated Key to Deckplans

1: Ballista.
   Guardrails of both Fore and Castle decks have Continual Torch in sconce next to stairs.
   Castle Deck ballista is the Infused one.
2: Bridge/Chartroom
   Continual Torch in Sconce center of back wall
 Has windows, and Variant Orrery comes with a Continual Light Bullseye Lantern that can be used for light when System Display is not needed. Let us Assume Druid Helm is a floater, like all the others. Otherwise it will be on the ceiling when you're landed.
 Cabinet (with door) along one wall with scroll cubbies and tool cubbies (tool cubbies have doors wall hooks inside) Fold down table only works in Space.
3: Open Deck
   Lit but Castle Continual Torches
4: Upper Deck Quarters
   Piton in Sconce by door
  Cot and hammock (one over other). Cot is canvas held to frame by rope. gear stowed under cot.
 Lyra and Brian. This is closest access Bridge other than Captain's Quarters.
5: Armory Storage: May be converted to Upper Deck quarters and Cargo use for storage.

13: Cargo doors

The current version of the Shrike doesn't have the decorative wings, just functional ones.

Water barrels are on sides, and tied to bulkhead with ropes. They will need fill hole capped before landing, and will need be rotated after.

The Captain's quarters have been moved to right under the bridge with rapid access. while the Mess Hall/Wardroom has been moved next to the galley

Note that every room except the Bridge, and, maybe the Captain's quarters and the cargo hold are pitch black. The bridge has windows, and the other two have ladders up, with open hatches that let in a little light. Dim with it's bright out, dark when it's Dim out.
