The first adventure we will use is the Demo adventure Torment and Legacy.

It's for us to get familiar with the new edition ...knock the dust off my DM memory, and help with coming together as a party.

The Circus of Wayward Wonders is the home sweet home of our main characters of Extinction Curse. It was created in an effort to free several people from the wicked grasp of Mistress Dusklight, and serves almost as a cover for our six heroes.

History
Some time before the events of Extinction Curse, future Ringmaster Myron Stendhal was working for the Celestial Menagerie and watching as several acts left due to cruel abuse and unsafe practices. He determined that he himself was going to create a circus that would be a safe and wonderful environment to be part of, and eventually separated himself entirely from the Menagerie in order to create The Circus of Wayward Wonders.

In late 4719 AR Thunder began his creation attempt by persuading several of the former acts from the Menagerie to join him in his new venture. Given that he promised them things such as safety nets and medical help, many elected to join him. They practiced for a month to perfect their acts before premiering at Abberton
