That's exactly what I was going for, yes, that sort of disjointed flashback they use in movies sometimes, with everything muffled and a little distorted.

And speaking of flashbacks, those were very cinematic flashbacks for Ryder and Laura, very action / crime movie.  :)

I keep thinking I should write another flashback for Alex, but then I remember that most of her previous life involved working on a farm or going to class, so... Heh.

Posting flashback scenes are fine. However, you will only get one xp award per chapter when I do give out xp, no matter how many flashbacks you post.

So, you might wanna spread them out.
