So basically, I need to playtest this system-- please help me at least run a little short dungeon (5 or 6 rooms) and let's see how it goes, see if we want to continue or not afterward?

Do we wanna start all knowing each other, though, or do you wanna meet up first? I'm fine with either... I can see advantages each way.

As for the knowing each other thing, I'm cool with either option, though I as a player don't really know y'all as characters yet myself, so it could be kinda nice to at least have some sort of meeting scene to help establish any sort of rapport between us.

Ooh, maybe we can all know of each other and have met as colleagues in the Guild, but haven't actually adventured together before?

Ooh, hmm, one thing...

Beyond some of the basic character details and, like, the things she can do, how about this?

Gwendolyn pretty much always has a lot of travel stuff around with her, even when not out on an adventure of some sort, including a set of long-lasting rations. Some even say the only food she's even carrying in there are these tightly packed birdseed cakes with, like, dried fruit and such mixed in.

That's fine. The others have heard of Gwendolyn as a birdfolk member of the Adventurers' Guild who wears a magical glass mask and who's known for always carrying extra rations with her-- stuff birdfolk would like.
