The clock on the RPoL homepage displays the correct time, but my posts all have a timestamp one hour ahead of that as if stuck on permanent summertime. I've tried logging out and back in. (Windows 11, running Edge, GMT+0)

Try changing your time zone, saving, and then changing it back?
EDIT: I mean on your computer. I am pretty sure the website takes the current time from your computer.

Those come along every so often and can do anything from giving you a screen full of unread message indicators to screwing up time and date information and a few other things.
I'd offer a course of action, but while I remember bad cookies being a relatively common issue (at least, several years ago they were, I haven't heard much about them lately), I'm computer-illiterate enough that I don't recall how to get rid of them...I think you log out, clear your cache, delete cookies, and then log back in?
