Description: Rose is a dark haired woman with classic features... piercing dark eyes, soft lips, and a gentle symmetry.  She is always well dressed and exceptionally groomed.  Despite an average height, Rose carries herself as if she was tall... and most people end up buying it.  It also helps that she has a strong stride.  Then there is the creepy vibe that surrounds Rose... shadows seem darker (or alive), objects look tarnished (or distorted), and other visual spookiness occurs.  If she reigns in her presence, Rose can limit these effects.

The Mechanics
What Are Your Abilities?  Rose generates unnerving illusions that 'cover' an existing person, object, or the surrounding environment.  These can be seen by everyone around her... and Rose can craft them to very specific images.  Disguises, hiding objects, and misdirection are common uses of her power.
Examples;
Creatures: turn a friendly dog into a slavering rottweiler (subtle) or a snarling dragon (unsubtle).
Objects: make a handheld object look like a weapon (subtle) or a writhing snake (unsubtle).
Environment: board up a door with rotten wooden planks (subtle) or turn it into a yawning portal (unsubtle).
What is their Average Limits?  Rose's power affects the area around her... or an area she can see in 'real time'.  While her illusions can make an object look larger, there is no actual substance to them.
What Is The Furthest You Have Pushed Your Abilities?  Affected a whole sports field of people (back in her school days) with a zombie attack.  It caused mass panic... and Rose narrowly avoided detection.  The school passed it off as a 'prank' by unknown troublemakers.
What Are The Drawbacks of Your Abilities?  The Phantasms do not make sounds.  She has to constantly suppress her powers, which can be tiring when exposed to large groups of interchanging people.  Artificial Intelligence is not affected by her Phantasms.  Extremely brave individuals (or those prepared to deal with her powers) can resist the fear factor.  Finally her illusions must be based on an existing object/person/environment... she can't create something out of nothing OR make things invisible.
