Assets and Strengths: Significant amount of personal wealth thanks to his family, as well as access to influence and even more money through his family name. Alex is very skilled when it comes to swimming, capable of every different style including diving and high diving which also means he can perform flips and other such tricks, even on land although not quite as many. He is very strong, fast and doesn't tire easily at all and he can perform admirably in most sports. Alex has an air of natural charisma and can smooth talk, intimidate or charm virtually anyone, his good looks and defined body just amplifies this even more. Description
Alex has Slavic features, dark hair and sharp eyes, a prominent jawline and a posture like the Kings of old. He has a well defined body after his years of training, it's clear that physical fitness is a thing Alex takes seriously. The one commonality in his outfits is that the various items are all expensive, besides that he doesn't restrict himself too much. Alex wears anything from jeans and t-shirt to dress pants and a form fitting shirt, boots and sneakers, as long as it all goes together he's happy. When it's time for training, whether he's hitting the sandbag, sparring or just going to the gym Alex usually wears tank tops or t-shirts and sweatpants with speakers to finalize the look, but even his training clothes look expensive and come from expensive brands

Personality
Alex is clearly proud of himself and where he comes from, he carries himself like royalty and knows he looks good and that his charisma can knock over most folk. He doesn't hesitate to bully or insult people he considers beneath him or if it would be advantageous to him. Alex never allows himself to be pushed around and he can have quite the temper, but like most privileged rich kids he tends to get away with it.

History
The Vasiliu family hails from the mountains of Romania, they are descended from Vlad the Impaler himself. Through the ages they served as rulers or close allies to monarchs, they have always known and held power in every sense of the word. Several members of the family have attended Lockheath throughout the years, the ocean between Europe and the Americas didn't matter to their wealth and power. But for a while, things were starting to look grim. When the Soviets occupied Romania the Vasiliu family saw it as a sign, they figured that their long held influence and power was going to be taken from them, so they left. Alexanders great grandparents left and found a home in USA and started to rebuild, using their remaining resources to invest in various lucrative businesses. They managed to secure a steady income through various investments and through holding shares, but the one that earned the most money was the arms industry. After the 2nd World War the Vasiliu family seized the opportunity to manufacture and sell weapons and military technology after they realized that this was the future.

When Alex's father Radu ascended to the throne of the company, Vanguard, it was already making billions anually. And shortly after is when Alexander was born, the 2nd son of Radu Vasiliu and his wife Samantha Vasiliu. Alex had a very prestigious upbringing and was given basically everything he asked for, his father was busy running the company so his mother raised him. The urge to prove himself manifested at a young age because even though he couldn't put it into words, he knew that his father liked his older brother, Simon, more. Alex was always trying to show off for his father but to no avail. The anger started to build up in him and the need for validation which he didn't get from his father only grew. When he was 9 his mother Samantha died and the feelings that hanged over him just became heavier. It didn't help that his father moved on quickly and never seemed to mourn, at least not openly to Alex. The young boy found out that he enjoyed being in water and quickly took to swimming, it allowed him to let go of all the pressure he felt from his father. It didn't take long for him to start practicing properly in the various aquatic divisions you can compete in.

Throughout the years Alex grew very skilled in the sport as it was one of the few things he enjoyed and he competed in several swimming tournaments and received gold in all of them while continuing to practice diving and high diving on the side. He only had average grades but he quickly learned that honeyed words and money was more important so he didn't care too much. Eventually he had the opportunity to prove himself yet again, he was determined to win the Junior division of the Aquatic World Championship but he came 2nd and was devastated. His father didn't seem to care so when the last Summer Olympics came he was even more determined to win it, feeling the need to make up for his last fuck up. But just like last time he came 2nd, just like things had been all his life. He gave up on his sport career and figured that he had to come up with a new plan, so when the subject of Lockheath came up after his brother graduated Alex jumped at the opportunity and packed his bags

Alex has attended several Aquatic championships, including the World Championship and the Summer Olympics.
