Character Name: Adolph “Noble” Pierce

Description: Noble stands nearly six feet tall with his dark hair kept immaculately combed, often sporting a neatly trimmed beard. Noble is a true modern aristocrat, dressing and living the part, but then he was around when the term noble meant something more than a passing idealism. Wearing Victorian style coats with vests and white shirts, or at worst khaki pants and a button-down shirt it is his manner that speaks of authority. His looks are in no way lessened by the scar across his throat; faded and old it is a reminder of the weakness of relying on others. Walking with the step of a king, Noble’s stature doesn’t diminish even seated. His dark eyes seem to see everything while revealing nothing; usually he carries a cane with a wolf’s paw for a handle and while archaic he wears a pocket watch that keeps the best time…in his personal opinion.

Skills: Noble is a true aristocrat in many ways, a shrewd negotiator and a leader, he is as comfortable talking to a gang as he is speaking to a party of wealthy guests. With his education and role as a leader, Noble is fluent in many languages, as well as being versed in law and history. He is also very good at manipulation when he needs to, because he can read a person and find if charisma, intimidation, or shrewd negotiation is needed. While he is not skilled with computers as he still writes correspondence with a fountain pen and ink, he is aware enough to make use of a computer.

Despite being a leader and scholar, Noble is not a weakling when the fight comes. A true gentleman he is an expert with both the sword and pistol. He prefers a flintlock pistol to modern weapons only because of the skill required to make use of the elegant weapons. Of course unarmed he is a terror as most wolves are, but he has learned martial arts and practices daily.

Character's History: Noble was born into royalty of a sort, the son of the Pierce family and second son in line for his father’s businesses in Miami. But his brother, Gray, was the first born by minutes only. But for most of his life, those few minutes had decided his fate. At first the brothers were close, Noble respected and supported his older brother as they grew into men, and powerful werewolves. One day Noble was attacked and the men attempted to hang him, Gray came to help only after the branch broke under Noble’s weight. Noble, having blacked out came too and bitterly felt his brother had failed to support him and he began to grow distant.

Even still, Noble was sure he would not be able to take his brother’s place in succession because of the curse that he had been born second. He started running with people in power in the modern age; politicians, criminal leaders and less savory people. Then one day Gray left to fight with the army, many felt as Noble did that he had all but abandoned the clans and many turned to Noble as their leader. Using the family business Noble built a strong foothold in Miami, gun running, underground fighting, prostitution and the like, but at the same time keeping legitimate businesses to avoid too much awareness.
