KEEN WITH A KNIFE, A QUICK GUN AND LONG RIFLE, GOOD AT HAND TO HAND COMBAT

Malcolm spent most of his time after both before and after the Civil War roaming. He never set roots in any one spot. He hasn't always been on the right side of the law. After the war, he and some other soldiers took to robbing Northern businesses and trains. The last robbery went south, and some of the other men with him ended up killing some of the civilians on the train. They had been there to rob a payroll for Union troops. He had a sack of the money they were to split later, but he jumped from the train and left the group.  He is currently adrift looking for something to do. When he comes across Laredo, and "Kentucky" he knows he has found what he was looking for.  At least for now.

Malcolm has fallen in love and plans to lay down roots in Laredo with his beloved Kentucky.  He works for Forrest Rollins on his ranch to help rebuild it.
