The Lady of the Lake, an enchantress also known as Viviane or Nimuë, According to legend, she lives in a castle beneath Lake Avalon surrounding the mystical island of Avalon. Nimue is the unknown daughter of Merlin.

She has not yet given King Arthur the magical sword Excalibur, which he treasures.  She is Queen of the Fae and is the Fate that judges the character of mankind.  Will Arthur stand up to the test so she can bestow Excalibur to him?  He has his father's large sword Caliburn but there is more awaiting him.
