Tyrone runs a team of "sanitation workers" for Royal Flush Sanitation Services (an Ares subsidiary). On the surface it seems like just another ordinary company that unclogs pipes but it employs a small team of registered ghouls that operate similar to Firewatch, going into the sewers and clearing out paranormal critters, toxic shamans, bug spirits or whatever else is causing problems in the pipes for their customers.

Tyrone is also known to offer his teams services for people looking to move through the sewers safely, assuming they don't mind their escorts being a pack of ghouls.
