Lucern

Lucern comes from one of the lower level sections of the Viper's advisory branches. She was assigned with a few of her peers to the Gale's mission to help organize and oversee day to day operations. She is not above field work and enjoys first-hand contact with the myriad of things that need to be done during the day.
