Griff is decked out in scale mail, which looks like it's taken a beating.  Closer inspection shows it is well cared for and pretty sound, it's just seen it's fair share of action.

His blonde hair is wild and mattered and could do with a comb.  (Currently the hair is hacked short and dyed dark brown) He's young, there's no disguising that with a complexion that hints at exotic heritage.  His bronzed skin, coupled with good looks and smaller than average height for a human suggests he's mixed blood, thought he shows no obvious signs of what his mix might be.

He carries himself with the confidence of youth, usually wearing an easy smile, which perhaps suggests he's got no real clue as to what's going on.

A long sword, the scabbard and pommel blacked out in dark paint hangs on his right hip, with a dagger and throwing axe on his left.  The leather grips of both pommels on the dagger and longword are recently reworked looking to match the same band as the obviously newer throwing axe, which is held to his side by crisp new leather straps.
