Alexander West

Name: Alexander West
Nickname: Alex
Race/Ethnicity: Caucasian/American
Age: Unknown. He remembers a time before humans polluted nature. Appears to be in his early 30s.
Weight: 215lbs
Height: 6'4"
Distinguishing Marks: None
Eye Color: Blue
Hair Color: Brown

Species: Thunderbird

Appearance: He generally dresses nicely, though he does like casual clothing as well. He wears a wedding ring on his left ring finger.

Personality: Relaxed, but can be serious at times.

Powers/Abilities:
One With Nature - His life force and his strength are linked to nature, to life. He was once powerful enough to rival the sky gods, but as humanity advances and nature dwindles, his power and life force seem to wane. He does not age, and cannot die, until nature is no more.
Animal Speak - He is a magical bird first, man second. He can speak with animals, mythological or otherwise.
Soothing Voice - Animals tend to react badly to his storm-powers, so throughout his life he picked up a bit of magic that allows him to calm them with his voice. Oddly enough, it is easiest done through song.
Weather Control - He can create or stop storms on a whim. Dark clouds rolling in, thunder, lightning, rain, hale, snow, vicious winds, the whole nine.
Electricity Generation/Manipulation - He has the power to manipulate/create electricity. Due to the nature of his powers, he is immune to electric attacks.
Supernatural Senses - His senses are well beyond the senses of humans. He can sense the power of other supernatural beings, but he cannot see what they are through their human disguises.
Transformation - He can transform into a very large, beautiful bird.
Teleportation - He can teleport, restricted to when it is storming.

Background: Unknown, really. There are several different documentations of the Thunderbird's background. Bits and pieces of some of them are correct, though most are entirely wrong. He believes he is the last member of his species. He thinks the others died off as the Industrial Age hit its stride. His arrival, and the storms that follow, can be seen as an omen of terrible things to come...though he doesn't know anything about what is coming, and is not the cause. His presence is a warning. When he moves into a new area, it is because his nature compels him to. He is wealthy, as quite a few immortals are. If you are a supernatural being who has been living in America for quite some time, you've most likely heard of him. Maybe even met him at one point, whether you knew what he was or not. He constantly travels the states. He is married, though he will not tell you who his spouse is. He prefers caution to openness. He doesn't want to make an enemy, and that enemy target his loved ones to hurt him.
