Physical Description: Lance is tall, dark haired, dark skinned, and musclebound. His once brown eyes have been replaced with ones that are a light gray. He is an imposing physical presence, punctuated by the chrome cybernetic replacement for his left arm. His skin ranges in color depending on the last time he's had some decent levels of radiation, but it is generally the shade of dark chocolate.

Personality: The Security Chief has two different personalities, or maybe three. One when he's on duty, another when there's a threat, and another when he's off duty. Any time there is a credible threat to him or his crew, he is all business and uses whatever emotional tools are at his disposal to help his side. He is quick to take charge of the situation during any boarding action, and expects results from his people when he barks out commands. When he's merely on duty, he is very diligent, continually scrutinizing everyone and every situation. However, he also has the ability to bring levity when things are slow. When he's off duty, the former soldier is able to fully relax. He's all smiles and seeks enjoyment at every turn, particularly when off the ship and the goal is recharging emotional/mental batteries.

Known History: Lance's cyberarm and other physical enhancements clearly mark him as a former member of the Ascendant Legion. What he did immediately after the war isn't well-known, but he popped back onto the galactic stage about four years ago as a Diplomat assigned to Fivepoint Station by the Warbound Coalition. He (obviously) belongs to Clan Ignis. His period of diplomatic service recently ended, which is when he applied to join The Plowhorse.
