Jaesin Je is the young leader of the Chubang Deon Order of monks.  The Chubang Deon is new. And small.  And poor.  Its adherents left other orders believing that service to those in need is the highest calling.  They believe themselves to be agents of karma -- for those in need, the Chubang Deon fulfill the need.

So, if a village needs a well dug . . . a farmer needs crops harvested . . . a town needs protection from raiders . . . and if karma would dictate that those needs should be fulfilled --> then, karma might cause the needy to cross paths with the Chubang Deon.

Given their teachings, the monks are very orderly and disciplined (DISCPILINED) and share great commonality of purpose and esprit de corps (BONHOMIE).  Due to recent good works, they also find themselves temporarily with funds, although usually thier works cause them to suffer from LACK OF MONEY.  And, as a newer order (and one that does not wish to confine itself to just one area), the Chubang Deon have NO HEADQUARTERS.
