Arnold Wallace was a happy little wageslave doing programming work for Ares when he seemed to lose his mind. He became obsessed with aliens and ended up getting terminated from a promising career path, but not in a way that resulted in Ares actually liquidating him. Instead they put out, in no clear terms, that Arnold's mental health prevented him from fulfilling his work which made him radioactive to any other corporation looking to pick him up. Since then he has popped up on numerous conspiracy sights talking about how aliens live in the machines all around us and how the Matrix is brainwashing us to follow their Martian or Venusian or Alpha Centaurian plans.
