Reese is the Head Archivist of the New York branch of the Magnus Institute. After going over new statements, he is in charge of delegating work to his Archive Assistants. Whether it be to file away the reports, transport artifacts to storage, or go out and do some more digging on whatever paranormal occurrence was the topic of said statement.

He is in charge of vetting, hiring and firing all who apply for, work in or make mistakes in the Archives.
